Situation.Me is an AI-driven decision making assistance tool that allows users to learn what others have done in similar situations. Our goal is to help people make better life choices. We are doing this by giving people a better starting point to decide what to do - aggregated experiences of people like them.

Situation->Strategy->Actions->Outcome concept is the general approach that we use to guide you through the analysis of your situation and to present and review the recommendations.

1. We start from your personal Situations and we may ask you a few additional questions to get additional information that is needed for creation of personalized recommendations.
2. At the next step we propose typical approaches to handle your Situation. Here we present you with Approaches that typically work well, and contrast them with frequent Approaches that tend to fail or be inefficient.
3. For each Approach we propose a series of possible Actions and list their possible Outcomes.

We found that this approach works best for handling complex life situations. Thoughtful implementation of this approach is a core of our product.

Our main focus is on everyday situations that are experienced by married professionals with kids, and alike. We believe that these people are facing the largest number and variety of life problems and opportunities, and frequently do not have mentors or trusted advisors. However, one of the points to get your feedback is to identify other types of highly requested situations. Our suggestion - try your own personal situation and let us know about your experience. This feedback will allow us to build a better product!

Currently we do not support the situations relevant to religion, politics, and adult topics due to limited resources. The built-in AI policies automatically reject most entries related to hate speech, and other topics that appear illegal or dangerous.

We use the LLMs to generate a seed level of our recommendations. In the next version, these recommendations will be reviewed and improved by our staff, and finally by other users of our platform.

Current AI recommendations are not perfect, but in most instances they are substantially better than suggestions by a typical person that is not expert in a given area. This is possible because all advanced LLM models are trained on a massive amount of relevant literature, and resources such as Reddit, Quora, online forums, etc. and they accumulate enormous amounts of relevant information.

Still, it is your decision what to do with the information you are provided. Use your common sense to make decisions based on this information.

Feel free to discuss your situation with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI chatbots. Very soon you understand that our specialized solution works better and allows you to get results faster.

No. We do not sell user data to any third party and will not do this in future. We prefer to get paid for a quality product that we provide, and not for selling our customers to advertisers.

We use the anonymous usage of the prototype to improve our product concept and features. These anonymous data are kept in our records. Once the first version of our tool is released, all users will have the option to delete all or partial data associated with their accounts.

Yes. Currently we allow you to use our prototype for free in exchange for your feedback and testaments.

Once we are confident that our product provides customers a substantial value over alternatives, and people love to use it, we will offer a fair monthly subscription for our products

We plan to launch the first version of our product in the first part of 2025.
